Random Lake has gone a perfect 10-0 against Cedar Grove-Belgium recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rockets at 5:00 p.m. Random Lake is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.5 runs per game this season.
On Thursday, Random Lake got the win against Oostburg by a conclusive 16-1. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Danika Eberhardt made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with four runs, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Random Lake got a massive performance out of Chloe Thill, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three doubles, and two RBI. Those three doubles gave Thill a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Natalie Arndt, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.
Random Lake always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .727. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Oostburg only posted an OBP of .250.
Meanwhile, Cedar Grove-Belgium was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against Manitowoc Lutheran, falling 19-1. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 17, 2018, but that streak is no more.
Cedar Grove-Belgium saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jorjie Mejchar, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.
Random Lake has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.6 runs over those games. As for Cedar Grove-Belgium, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12.
Cedar Grove-Belgium's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Random Lake has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.1 hits per game. It's a different story for Cedar Grove-Belgium, though, as they've been averaging 11.7 hits. Given Random Lake's sizable advantage in that area, the Rockets will need to find a way to close that gap.
Random Lake got the 'W' when the teams last played back in May of 2025 against Cedar Grove-Belgium by a conclusive 15-0 score. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Rockets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
