Volleyball Recap: Worthington Comes Up Short

Worthington lost against Windom last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Eagles.

Worthington has also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Windom, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Worthington will venture away from home to take on St. Peter at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Windom, they will take on Redwood Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
