Volleyball Recap: Dunmore Comes Up Short

Dunmore's tournament run continued when they took on Tunkhannock on Saturday. The Bucks fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

While Dunmore was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-22.

Amanda Dempsey paced Dunmore's offense, picking up six kills. Dempsey got some help from Katelyn Henry and her 11 assists.

Dunmore's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3-1. As for Tunkhannock, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1-1.

Dunmore didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 loss against Montrose on the 20th. As for Tunkhannock, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Abington Heights on the 20th.
