Softball Game Preview: High Point Central Bison vs. Atkins Camels

The High Point Central Bison will take on the Atkins Camels at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

High Point Central had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least ten runs, but Southern Guilford put an end to it on Friday. The Bison came up short against the Storm, falling 14-1.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Atkins' offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to Rockingham County, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Camels have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

High Point Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Atkins, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.
