Volleyball Recap: Fremont Firebirds vs. Saratoga Falcons
Fremont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Saratoga Falcons. The Firebirds were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 3-1.
Fremont wouldn't go down easily and took Saratoga into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking nine-point loss. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 25-27, 22-25, 15-6.
