Soccer Recap: Phoebus Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hampton on Tuesday, Phoebus came back down to earth. The Phantoms fell just short of the Granby Comets by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. Phoebus have struggled against Granby recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Phoebus' loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Granby, the win got them back to even at 4-4-3.

Coming up, Phoebus will be playing at home against Booker T. Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Phoebus are facing Booker T. Washington at the right time seeing as Booker T. Washington are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Granby, they will head out to challenge Churchland at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
