Basketball Recap: Franklinton Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Franklinton can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They walked away with a 43-30 win over the Bunn Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 59-40 back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Bunn had strong showings from Makayla Richardson, who posted 17 points and seven steals, and Ny'Lah Mitchell, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine boards. The matchup was Richardson's third in a row with at least ten points.
