Basketball Game Preview: Gainesville Leopards vs. Celina Bobcats

Gainesville is 0-10 against Celina since January of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Gainesville Leopards will be playing at home against the Celina Bobcats at 6:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Gainesville is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Friday. They took a blow against Sanger, falling 63-25. While losing is never fun, the Leopards can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 978th, while the Indians are ranked 283rd).

Meanwhile, Celina ended up a good deal behind Lake Dallas on Friday and lost 55-41. The Bobcats have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Gainesville's defeat dropped their record down to 8-21. As for Celina, they now have a losing record at 13-14.
