Volleyball Game Preview: Wagner Red Raiders vs. Scotland Highlanders

Wagner has gone a perfect 10-0 against Scotland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Red Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. Wagner will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Monday, Wagner beat Tripp-Delmont/Armour 3-1.

The win didn't come easy: Tripp-Delmont/Armour scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 23-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Scotland came up short against Avon on Saturday and fell 2-0. The loss continues a trend for the Highlanders in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost four in a row.

Wagner's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Scotland, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Wagner took their win against Scotland in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Red Raiders repeat their success, or do the Highlanders have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
