As for Salinas, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.

As for Salinas, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Hollister at 7:30 p.m. Hollister will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 304th, while Salinas is ranked 146th).
