Volleyball Recap: Pieper Triumphs

Pieper saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Celina Bobcats.

Olivia Theis paced Pieper's offense, picking up six kills. Theis got some help from Dani McAllister and her 13 assists. Addi Reus and Eva Planchet kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Pieper's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Celina, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Pieper has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Liberty Hill on the 15th. As for Celina, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Round Rock on the 15th.
