The West Las Vegas Dons will head out to square off against the Robertson Cardinals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Las Vegas' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so Robertson's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

West Las Vegas is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Santa Fe Indian just ended the team's nine-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Braves by a score of 5-4.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Robertson ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out St. Michael's 10-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cardinals have posted since May 16, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Brian Lucero, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

West Las Vegas' defeat dropped their record down to 12-2. As for Robertson, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5-1.

Everything went West Las Vegas' way against Robertson when the teams last played two weeks ago, as West Las Vegas made off with a 14-6 win.
