While Friday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Addison Thompson. She wasn't messing around on Friday, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. The pitching appearance was her sixth straight with six or more strikeouts.
