You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Wellsville on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Iola Mustangs out of the water with a 64-28 final score. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Iola lost, don't look at Lucas Maier. Despite the final result, he posted five points. Maier is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's played. Hayden Kelley also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Wellsville and bumps their season record up to 13-8. As for Iola, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
