             Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory). They walked away with  a   69-62  win over the Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles  on Friday. The Braves pushed the score to  55-34 by the end of the third, a deficit the Golden Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.
  Cj Harris was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 402 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.9 yards per carry. With that strong performance,  he is now averaging an impressive 2.2  rushing touchdowns per game. Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory also got help from  Taylor Clark, who showed off his sure hands for 199  receiving yards.
 Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged three passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of  Cameron Walters and  Nate Johnson. Walters also set a new season high mark in  total tackles with nine.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 496  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 Guerin Catholic's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Hayden Cler, who picked up 396 receiving yards and six touchdowns, and  Malcolm Houze, who threw for 638 yards and eight touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Cler torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 72 yards.  Aidan Horn also helped out as he racked up 110 receiving yards.
 The  victory (which was Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. As for Guerin Catholic,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 3-1 record.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory will venture away from home to  square off against Carmel  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Guerin Catholic, they are taking a road trip to  face off against Roncalli  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. One thing working in Guerin Catholic's favor is that they have posted at least 31  points  every time they've taken the field this season.
