Soccer Recap: Caprock Academy Takes a Loss

Caprock Academy lost against Grand Valley two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Cardinals, falling 6-1. Caprock Academy were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Edrick Ang, who's now up to six this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Caprock Academy and nudges their season record down to 1-10. As for Grand Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Caprock Academy will face off against rival Moffat County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grand Valley is set to challenge their familiar foe Colorado Rocky Mountain at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
