Rouse was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-16, 20-25, 25-18, 15-9.
Mary Schirpik had a dynamite game for Rouse, getting 38 digs.
Meanwhile, Glenn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Liberty Hill.

The losing side was boosted by Jaylene Garcia, who had 21 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in the last six games she's played dating back to last season.
