Malcolm had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They had just enough and edged out the Mount Michael Benedictine Knights 4-3. The win was familiar territory for the Clippers, who have now won six contests in a row.

The team relied heavily on Logan Mcgreer, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April.

Malcolm hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive games.

Malcolm's victory bumped their record up to 25-2. As for Mount Michael Benedictine, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.
