Basketball Recap: Joshua Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Joshua Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 66-56 to the Oak Hall Eagles.

Joshua Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Oak Hall, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Joshua Christian Academy Eagles take on the Young Kids In Motion Ravens at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oak Hall, they will square off against St. John Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Oak Hall knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully St. John Lutheran likes a good challenge.
