Baseball Recap: Taylorsville Warriors vs. Northridge Knights
Taylorsville and Northridge squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Taylorsville had to settle for second. They came up short against the Knights, falling 8-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-1 on Friday.
Taylorsville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cole Kramer, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and one run.
This is the second loss in a row for Taylorsville and nudges their season record down to 11-16. As for Northridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.
As of now, neither Taylorsville nor Northridge have any future games scheduled.
