Cascade piles up the points against Traders Point Christian

The Cascade Cadets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Traders Point Christian 65-28 at home. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Cascade has managed all season.

Cascade got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brady Trebley out in front who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Connor Sanders, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.

Despite the loss, Traders Point Christian saw an underclassman step up: Kameron Reese scored 14 points.

Cascade's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Traders Point Christian, they have fallen quite a ways from their 18-7 record last season and are now at 3-6.

Cascade will be playing in front of their home fans against South Putnam at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. South Putnam is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Traders Point Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Central Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
