Soccer Recap: Oakcrest Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Oakcrest, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Foxcroft on Tuesday. Oakcrest have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Foxcroft, too.

Oakcrest hit Foxcroft with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lane Wyckoff, Amal Mohammed, and Emily Mochen.

Oakcrest's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Foxcroft, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oakcrest will square off against Trinity Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trinity Christian will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Oakcrest surely won't give up without a fight. As for Foxcroft, they will welcome Randolph-Macon Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
