Basketball Recap: School for Creative Performing Arts Comes Up Short

School for Creative Performing Arts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 64-26 loss at the hands of the Shroder Paideia Academy Jaguars. The Raiders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-13.

Nina Calloway was her usual excellent self, going 7 of 14 on her way to 24 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals for Shroder Paideia Academy. Another player making a difference was Aniyah Thomas, who posted two points and four steals.

School for Creative Performing Arts' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Shroder Paideia Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.

School for Creative Performing Arts does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Shroder Paideia Academy, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Shroder Paideia Academy Jaguars challenge the Cincinnati College Prep Academy Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
