Basketball Recap: Eagle's View Skates Past First Coast Christian with Ease

Eagle's View won the last time they faced First Coast Christian and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagle's View Warriors simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the First Coast Christian Knights 59-20. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 240th, while the Knights are ranked 493rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory was the third in a row for Eagle's View, bringing their record for this year to 9-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.3 points. As for First Coast Christian, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eagle's View will head out to face off against Stanton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for First Coast Christian, they are taking a road trip to square off against First Baptist Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
