Mintz Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Fayetteville Christian Warriors. The win was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won four games in a row dating back to last season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Mintz Christian Academy took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-11, 25-11.

Looking ahead, Mintz Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Berean Baptist Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fayetteville Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Arendell Parrott Academy on the 12th.
