Volleyball Recap: Legacy Comes Up Short

Legacy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kennedy Cougars. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Cougars when the teams met back in November of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Legacy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Kennedy, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 24-7.

Legacy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Lakeview Charter at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kennedy, they will be taking part in a tournament against Arleta at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
