Bradford Central had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Geneva Panthers a 13-0 shutout on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Braves as they're now sitting on 14 straight dating back to last season.

Bradford Central will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Red Jacket at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Geneva, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-0 loss against Dundee/Bradford Central on the 4th.
