Softball Recap: Moss Point Comes Up Short

After soaring to 16 runs the game before, Moss Point was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They came up short against the Pascagoula Panthers, falling 18-1. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Moss Point's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pascagoula, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Moss Point will take on Forrest County Agricultural at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Pascagoula, they will face off against Biloxi at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
