Softball Recap: Grundy County Takes a Loss

Grundy County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Sequatchie County Indians, falling 6-0. That's two games in a row now that the Yellowjackets have lost by exactly six runs.

Grundy County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sequatchie County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Grundy County will take on Forrest at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give Grundy County their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season. Sequatchie County has already played their next game (against Baylor), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
