Franklin put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the King Philip Regional Warriors 56-42. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked first, while the Warriors are ranked 65th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Franklin pushed their record up to 14-0 with the win, which was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.3 points per game. As for King Philip Regional, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
