Softball Recap: Wethersfield Takes a Loss

Wethersfield fell victim to Glastonbury and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Guardians, falling 7-0. The Eagles have struggled against the Guardians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Wethersfield's record is now 1-6. As for Glastonbury, their record now sits at 3-6.

Looking ahead, Wethersfield will face off against New Britain at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Glastonbury, they will challenge Bristol Eastern at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Guardians surely won't give up without a fight.
