Baseball Recap: South Brunswick Takes a Loss

South Brunswick's last matchup with Monroe Township could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Vikings lost 13-3 to the Falcons. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost four in a row.

Collin Perna and Christian Andersen did some serious damage despite the final result: Perna went 1-for-3 with one home run, while Andersen scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

South Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Monroe Township, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
