Volleyball Game Preview: Silver Creek Raiders vs. Ann Sobrato Bulldogs + Official Tickets

The Silver Creek Raiders will head out to face off against the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Silver Creek came up short against Branham and fell 3-1. The loss continues a trend for the Raiders in their meetings with the Bruins: they've now lost seven in a row.

Silver Creek was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Branham work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 26-24, 16-25, 25-17.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Ann Sobrato, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Westmont on Tuesday.

While Ann Sobrato might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Westmont scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23, 23-25, 27-25.

Ann Sobrato is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-17 record this season. As for Silver Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-14.
