Volleyball Recap: Willow Spring Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Willow Spring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Panther Creek Catamounts. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Catamounts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

While Willow Spring ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 21-25, 25-21, 25-22.

Kaydence Anderson paced Willow Spring's offense, picking up 11 kills. Anderson got some help from Skylar Bailey and her 17 assists. Anderson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Willow Spring's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Panther Creek, their win ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12.

Willow Spring didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Green Level on the 25th. As for Panther Creek, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Holly Springs on the 24th.
