Basketball Recap: Ramsey Comes Up Short

Ramsey was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 65-36 loss at the hands of the Ridgewood Maroons. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Maroons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Ramsey's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Ridgewood, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Ramsey and Glen Rock will round out the year against one another at at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ridgewood, they will challenge Glens Falls at 2:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Glens Falls will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Ridgewood surely won't give up without a fight.
