Basketball Recap: Lomira Takes a Loss

Lomira was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Berlin Indians. The Lions were not able to make up for their loss to the Indians from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Lomira's defeat dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Berlin, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lomira will host St. Mary's Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Mary's Springs will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Lomira surely won't give up without a fight. As for Berlin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kettle Moraine Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
