Football Recap: Alexandria City Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Kevin Coates and Alpha Jalloh + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Alexandria City can now relate to. They took an 18-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fairfax Lions on Friday. The game was a 6-6 toss-up at halftime, but the Titans couldn't quite close it out.

Alexandria City's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Alpha Jalloh, who rushed for 77 yards and one touchdown, and Kevin Coates, who picked up 83 receiving yards and one score.

Alexandria City's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-6. As for Fairfax, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
