Soccer Recap: Pendleton County Comes Up Short

Pendleton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Harrison County Thorobreds/Fillies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Harrison County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Pendleton County's loss dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Harrison County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9-1.

Pendleton County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Harrison County, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Mason County on the 8th.
