Basketball Game Preview: Mohawk Warriors vs. Hillsdale Falcons

The Mohawk Warriors will square off against the Hillsdale Falcons at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Mohawk knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully Hillsdale likes a good challenge.

Last Thursday, Mohawk was fully in charge, breezing past Buckeye Central 78-37. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hillsdale won against Mapleton on Tuesday with 68 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Hillsdale came out on top against Waynedale by a score of 68-55. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Mohawk's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.2 points. As for Hillsdale, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.
