Softball Game Preview: Lubbock T Titans vs. Cleburne Yellowjackets

The Lubbock T Titans will take on the Cleburne Yellowjackets in a tournament on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Lubbock T is headed into Saturday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 18th straight games dating back to last season two weeks ago. They came up short against Morton, falling 20-12.

Haltom hit Cleburne with a four-run fifth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Yellowjackets fell just short of the Buffalos by a score of 7-5. That's two games in a row now that the Yellowjackets have lost by exactly two runs.

Kadenze Quzma made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Eden Treesh was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Cleburne's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Lubbock T, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
