St. Paul Catholic got themselves on the board against Lakeview on Wednesday, but Lakeview never followed suit. They came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 12-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by seven runs or more this season.
Isabella McCulloch was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. Laila McCulloch was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
St. Paul Catholic hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
St. Paul Catholic's record now sits at 9-1. As for Lakeview, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
