After a string of eight wins, Dunbar's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jackson-Reed Tigers. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Crimson Tide haven't been shut out since back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-12.

Dunbar's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Jackson-Reed, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-4-1.

Dunbar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jackson-Reed, they will challenge School Without Walls at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
