Softball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Takes a Loss

Stonewall Jackson lost against Riverheads back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Generals lost 10-2 to the Gladiators. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stonewall Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Riverheads, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stonewall Jackson will venture away from home to square off against Madison County at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Generals are facing the Mountaineers at the right time seeing as the Mountaineers are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Riverheads, they are taking a road trip to face off against Staunton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
