Lancaster had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They never let the Niagara Falls Wolverines get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. Considering the Redskins have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lancaster got a great performance from Matthews Maddy as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. Maddy has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Isabella DiMino was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three doubles, and two RBI. Those three doubles gave her a new career-high. DiMino Abigail was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.

Lancaster hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least two batters in three consecutive matchups.

Lancaster's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Niagara Falls, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.

As of now, neither Lancaster nor the Wolverines have any future games scheduled.
