Recap: Richards Warriors vs. Hubbard Greyhounds
The Richards Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 23 points or more this season. They blew past Hubbard, posting a 64-34 victory at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Richards.
It was another big night for David Thomas, who scored 35 points along with eight rebounds and seven assists. That makes it 12 consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Richards' points. Another player making a difference was Juelz Baker, who scored six points along with 15 rebounds and three blocks.
Richards has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Hubbard, they bumped their record down to 3-7 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Richards will challenge Manley at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hubbard, they will be playing at home against Dunbar at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
