Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Gets the Win

Fairfield lost to Johnson back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Falcons came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 3-1.

Fairfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 12-25, 25-18, 25-23, 25-20.

Fairfield's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Johnson, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Fairfield is set to face off against their familiar foe Florin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Johnson will take on rival Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
