Volleyball Game Preview: East Palo Alto Academy Bulldogs vs. Mountain View Academy Mustangs

The East Palo Alto Academy Bulldogs are taking a road trip to square off against the Mountain View Academy Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, East Palo Alto Academy came up short against Crystal Springs Uplands and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 16-25, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Mountain View Academy lost 3-0 to Summit Shasta on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Black Bears: they've now lost five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-7, 25-12.

Mountain View Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for East Palo Alto Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

East Palo Alto Academy couldn't quite get it done against Mountain View Academy in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
