Wimberley has gone 10-0 against Bandera recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Wimberley Texans will look to defend their home court against the Bandera BULLDOGS at 6:30 p.m. Bandera took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Wimberley, who comes in off a win.

Wimberley got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They were the clear victor by a 53-31 margin over Canyon Lake on Friday. The Texans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Bandera was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 75-46 defeat at the hands of Fredericksburg. While losing is never fun, the BULLDOGS can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 589th, while the Billies are ranked 36th).

Wimberley has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points per game. As for Bandera, their loss dropped their record down to 16-9.

Everything went Wimberley's way against Bandera in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as Wimberley made off with a 61-35 victory. Will Wimberley repeat their success, or does Bandera have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
