Softball Game Preview: Bermudian Springs Eagles vs. York County Tech Spartans

The Bermudian Springs Eagles are taking a road trip to face off against the York County Tech Spartans at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Bermudian Springs has given up an average of 10.6 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bermudian Springs lost 11-3 to Littlestown on Wednesday. The Eagles have struggled against the Thunderbolts recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Bermudian Springs saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was A Hoffman, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. L Shafer also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Meanwhile, York County Tech came up short against Fairfield on Wednesday and fell 10-5. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

York County Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bermudian Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.
