Soccer Game Preview: Dutchtown vs. Whitewater

Dutchtown has won three straight games at home, while Whitewater has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. Dutchtown will welcome Whitewater at 6:00 p.m.

Dutchtown had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least four goals, but Johns Creek put an end to it on Friday. Dutchtown came up short against Johns Creek, falling 11-1. Dutchtown were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 9-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Savannah Callaway, who's now up to 29 this season.

Meanwhile, Whitewater kept a clean sheet against LaGrange on Thursday. They blew past the Grangers 5-0. Considering Whitewater have won nine matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

With the defeat, Dutchtown broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-5. As for Whitewater, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.
